If the person or person’s in your party that have been designated to be in charge of the operations and driving of the vessel have NO previous Houseboat  or  cabin cruiser driving experience; a captain’s lesson is required. The lesson is given by a licensed Coast Guard Captain. The cost of the lesson is $200.00 and takes approximately 3-4 hours. The lesson includes the fundamentals of boat operation.
